Cooking like an Iron Chef isn’t the simplest skill. It takes years to become a master, after all, but Goldbelly just made it a little easier to add some world-class spice to your kitchen.
The national food delivery service that usually brings your favorite key lime pie from Miami and boutique cupcakes from NYC to any front door in the U.S. just upped its ante with a meal kit service in partnership with Michael Symon, whom you may remember as the winner of The Next Iron Chef in 2008.
Following that journey, he’s become one of the most celebrated chefs in Cleveland, making plenty of appearances on ABC’s The Chew and heading eight restaurants across the country. Now, his take on Polish classics comes straight to you, and you can learn from the best.

Chef Symon grew up in a Mediterranean and Eastern European household, which is reflected in the style of meals he enjoys.
For his meal kit dishes, Symon was inspired by his Polish roots and the Cleveland Polish community. The kits offer his version of pierogi savory bites and the sweet smells of kielbasa.
“I'm so excited to partner with my friends at Goldbelly to ship some of my classic Cleveland favorites to fans nationwide,” Symon says, “These are not only some of my favorite things we have done in the restaurants but also some great Cleveland classics. These recipes are inspired by both the city I love and my heritage, and I can't wait for you to get a taste of Cleveland from home.”
The kits range from a meal as simple as kielbasa, to a more complex spread of kielbasa, perogies and all the fixins. Whether you’re feeding your family of three or setting a feast for 10, these kits are adaptable and sure to put a smile on everyone’s face.
Goldbelly is also set to release exclusive content for the launch with streaming video on Goldbelly TV. The clips will give a little more insight into the inspiration behind Chef Symon’s mouth-watering dishes.
“Michael is one of the most talented yet down-to-earth chefs in America, and it’s been a blast working with him to perfect his favorite old-school Polish recipes,” says Joe Ariel, Goldbelly founder & CEO. “You can now Goldbelly his most nostalgic comfort foods … anywhere nationwide!”
Ranging in price from $89.96 to $199.95, you can shop these delightful kits via goldbelly.com and taste what’s all the rage.
