Madeline Hasulak Ups Aspen's Fitness Game With Tonic Method

Everyone wants to enjoy and experience the activites they love most in life for as long as possible. As people continue to live longer, how can we extend “as long as possible”?

Madeleine Hasulak, an Aspen native, is helping the community enhance its longevity and become more present in the moment through her own unique high-intensity Pilates program, Tonic Method.

As an experienced entrepreneur certified in Pilates, Hasulak has introduced her workout to both the Aspen and Vail valleys, with plans to add a third studio in another Colorado mountain town in the near future. The method focuses on functional movement, balance and range of motion—all with a dose of mindfulness.

“We live in a superfit, healthy community among professional- level athletes and very active people,” Hasulak says. “The [Tonic Method] machines and workout are a good addition to the community as they are complementary to all the activities we love to do in mountain towns.”
